Coaching is like having a professional friend. Someone to hold a mirror up to your thoughts, reflect those thoughts back at you, whilst asking you powerful questions that enable you to dig deeper.
It's a conversation entirely focused on you. You have all the answers you need inside of you – even if you think you don’t. Sometimes it’s just helpful to have a confidential, non-judgemental person to facilitate your own thinking.

In everyday life the conversations we have with our partners, friends, family members and colleagues are directive - there is a vested interest, however small, in the decisions you make. A coaching relationship is different – it is completely impartial and non-directive, enabling you to come up with your own solutions.

He enabled me to take small, practical steps to improve my life.

Coaching can be a positive experience for anyone at any time in life – you don’t need to have a specific ‘topic’ to bring – but I usually help people work on the following areas:
Long-term habit change
purpose
direction
Anxiety
Lifestyle shift
DEVELOPING confidence
Relationship challenge
Health goals
Career change

Charlie’s coaching feels like an investment in myself. The longer I apply the principles, the better I’m able to cope with life’s stresses and the happier I feel. I’m still getting value from it now. It’s worth every penny.

Where is it?
The majority of my coaching is done by video-call, usually Zoom, or by phone but I am available for face-to-face sessions.
